Eng. Germán J. Rodari

Teacher

Germán Rodari was born in San Juan, Argentina, on May 4th, 1979. He graduated with honours as a Civil Engineer from the National University of San Juan in 2006.

He began working at IDIA in 2007, performing teaching, research and transfer activities for different companies and public institutions.  The ANPCYT (National Agency for Technological and Scientific Promotion) granted him a postgraduate scholarship in 2009, and CONICET granted him a scholarship Type I and II in 2013. His background  relates to geotechnics research applied to mining waste deposits in general, and to filtered tailings deposits in particular

At present, he is studying the Doctorate Program in Civil Engineering at the National University of San Juan. He has been part-time Assistant Professor in Concrete II and Structural Masonry chairs since 2018 and part-time Teacher in charge of Assignments  in Construction and Building Facilities chairs since 2011, both belonging to the degree program of the Civil Engineer Career, National University of San Juan.
